Shipping & Returns

At Cozy Cabin Candles, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, we want to fix it for you.


Change-of-Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you’re welcome to return it as long as:

  • The item is unused, in mint condition, and in its original packaging
  • It’s returned to us exactly as it was delivered


Please note:

  • Return postage costs are covered by the customer
  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the item
  • To start a return, simply email us at hello@cozycabincandles.co.uk

We recommend sending your return within 14 days of letting us know.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us right away at hello@cozycabincandles.co.uk.

We’ll make things right with:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund — depending on the situation

For faulty or mis-described items, we cover the return postage.


Refunds

  • Refunds are made back to your original payment method
  • For change-of-mind returns, refunds are issued only after the item has been received and approved
  • For faulty items, refunds follow UK consumer rights guidance and include any standard delivery fee you originally paid



Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items may not qualify for change-of-mind returns, such as personalised or made-to-order products. If this applies, we’ll clearly state it at the time of purchase.


Your Legal Rights

This policy works alongside your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your statutory rights are always protected.


Shipping


I ship all orders using Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked Delivery to ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently. I aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, and you will receive tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way. Please note that dispatch times may vary slightly during busy periods, but I always do my best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
